A fantastic day at Crealy Adventure Park. Last year I invested in some Annual passes for Crealy in North Devon. The annual passes get us entry into the park all-year-round and we get 15% off food & drink purchases. The best thing about the passes is being able to go to the big events for free, the cost of us all going to this event would have been over £100!
We arrived at about 3 o'clock, Car park was rammed but we managed to spot someone leaving so we nabbed their spot. There were lots of families at the park dressed in Halloween costumes – a really nice atmosphere. All of the rides were open and the kids were super excited to try out the new play area that Crealy Adventure Park had recently opened.
We spend the afternoon on the various rides and enjoying the Halloween activities followed by Hot Dogs at £3 each (less membership discount) for tea. I'd like to say the kids enjoyed them but they didn't and most of it ended up in my gob (great for the diet). After tea, they enjoyed talking Halloween pumpkins and some dancing at the Halloween disco.
And then it was time for the fireworks. Kai wasn't that pleased and spent most of the time covering his ears, Ruby came round in the end and enjoyed the display and Kaelan was sat in the pushchair so didn't really get much of a choice. The display was really brilliant, Lots of variety and was a good length.
Here is a short clip of the fireworks in action at the Crealy Fireworks 2017:
Will most definitely go again to this event in 2018 and will be renewing the passes next year. Crealy offer a “Annual Price Price Guarantee” where you will always pay the original price if you renew before they expire – No prices hikes here. If you want any information on the passes feel free to contact us.
